For Temporary agency workers

 

Legal essentials which an employee of an employment agency has to have when he/she is allocated to a job performance at a user (company):

-          He/she will receive a written employment contract or an agreement on work on a day of the job beginning at the latest.

-          A written instruction which specifies the name of the user (the company, not the employment agency), the address of working place, date of beginning and end of temporary job allocation, job description, name of the job position, working hours and wage conditions.

 

At the date of job termination the employee will receive:

-          credit sheet (= working paper)

-          at the pay-date (which is agreed on in the employment contract or the agreement on work) he/she will receive a wage slip and wage paid in cash/ into bank account/ by postal money-order

 

Terms of an employment contract:

a)       job description/name of position/kind of work

b)       place of work

c)       date of beginning of work

 

Further it is good to have in an employment contract:

-          an identification of employer (ID) and employee

-          wage range

-          duration of work – fixed or indefinite period

-          trial period (max. 3 months)
